Teacher’s Note

Sr. Irda Nurwahyuni

Every day I look forward to coming to school to spend time with my students. They are the love of my life. While at home – evenings and weekends – I spend endless hours preparing exciting, stimulating, creative learning experiences for my students. I’m a hands-on type of teacher who constantly searches for ways and methods to expand and cultivate my student’s minds, emotions, and abilities.

Every child who I have the pleasure of teaching to and learning from is a blessing and honor for me. They are our present and our future. With this in mind, I try my best to prepare them for the next stage in their formal, in-school learning i.e. kindergarten.

Testimonials

Having our daughter start her first year of school with Sr. Irda’s Pre-K class was one of the biggest blessings that we could ever ask for. Her patience, creativity, passion, and enthusiasm is incomparable. Everyday, our daughter is beyond excited to go to school!

She has so much fun there, but at the same time, she loves getting to play, learn, explore, and interact with her classmates. The curriculum is excellent, and they have weekly Art, PE, and Quran classes, which the kids really enjoy.

As a parent, being able to watch your child meet new milestones each week and continue to gain confidence, along with a sense of independence, has been priceless. We are forever grateful to MCS for the positive experience so far and encourage all parents to not miss this wonderful opportunity for their child to be in Sr. Irda’s class!
